PGMotive Privacy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PGMotive collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal information in connection with its website, IT services, development projects, applications, and digital content.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
PGMotive provides IT consulting and support, website and mobile application development, software integration, automation, infrastructure, and maintenance. We also develop and operate our own applications, software products, and digital content, including media channels. "We," "us," and "our" refer to PGMotive.
This policy covers our general business activities and services that reference it. A product's own privacy notice provides the specific details for that product and controls its data processing where it differs from this general policy. Mingo is covered by the Mingo Privacy Policy, including its account, profile, device permissions, and deletion practices.
When a client determines the purposes of processing and we handle personal information on its behalf, we follow the client's lawful instructions and our service and data processing agreements. The client's privacy notice governs its relationship with its own users.
2. Information we receive
The information we process depends on your relationship with PGMotive and the service you request. It can include:
- Business and contact details: name, email, phone number, organization, role, and messages you provide when making an inquiry or requesting support.
- Project materials: requirements, designs, files, content, feedback, approvals, and technical information supplied for development, integration, or maintenance work.
- Service and support records: account or project identifiers, support correspondence, diagnostic information, and records of work performed.
- Commercial records: proposals, agreements, billing contact details, invoices, payment status, and transaction references when you purchase services.
- Website requests: hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, request times, and error or security events.
Application-specific information, such as profile details, device permissions, messages, or purchase activity, is described in the relevant application's notice. We do not treat a general business inquiry as consent to collect data from your devices, applications, or connected accounts.
3. How we use information
- Answer inquiries, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, and communicate about projects.
- Develop, deliver, operate, maintain, and support the websites, applications, and IT services you request.
- Manage agreements, billing, service access, and customer relationships.
- Diagnose technical problems, secure systems, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of the relevant service.
- Process privacy requests, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We process information only as needed for the relevant purpose. Where required, we obtain consent for optional processing and explain how to withdraw it. Client-controlled data and Google account data are subject to the additional limits below and are not available for unrelated business uses.
4. Client projects and mobile applications
In a client engagement, we may need limited access to a website, application, repository, database, or other system to perform the agreed work. Access and use must be authorized and limited to the engagement. Client data is not used to build unrelated products or profiles, and return or deletion follows the agreement and applicable law.
When PGMotive operates an application, its privacy notice explains the information used by each feature, applicable providers, retention, permissions, and available controls. For an application operated by a client, direct account or privacy requests to that operator; we assist with requests as required by our role.
5. Websites, cookies, and digital content
Our public corporate information pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting services may process the technical request information described above to deliver and protect the website. Separate application features may use session storage or other technologies disclosed in their own notices.
Our content may also be available on platforms such as YouTube. When you follow a link or interact with content on those platforms, their own privacy and cookie policies apply. A comment or message you direct to PGMotive on an external platform may be visible to us along with the profile information the platform displays. Public comments may also be visible to others.
6. Google and YouTube integrations
For our media operations, PGMotive uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos on its channels, including NutriSecretos. These tools are available to authorized operators. Visiting this website or watching a video does not connect your Google account. Access begins when an operator grants permission through Google.
- Authorization: tokens, granted permissions, and connection status allow the tool to submit approved requests. We do not receive your Google password.
- Channel and video information: identifiers, names, descriptions, visibility, publication settings, and processing status returned by the operation identify its destination and result.
- Supplied content: video files, titles, descriptions, and scheduling instructions are processed to carry out the operator's requested publication.
- Workflow records: operation times, completion status, and errors help resolve failures and prevent duplicate actions.
We request permissions needed for the functions in use. Operators control the channel, content, visibility, and schedule. This connection does not permit access to Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files. New uses of Google data require an updated disclosure and renewed consent before they begin.
PGMotive's handling and transfer of Google data follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. That data is used only for the authorized integration and its support and security needs. It is not used for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Human access to private Google data is limited to specific data you authorize someone to review, security investigations, or legal obligations. Providers must observe the same limits. Google's own handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy; use of the integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with:
- Our personnel and contractors: those who need it to deliver the relevant project or service, subject to access and confidentiality restrictions.
- Service providers: providers of hosting, storage, project collaboration, communications, workflow execution, and billing, to the extent needed for their services. Product-specific providers are identified in the corresponding notice.
- Authorized recipients: a client's designated project contacts or other recipients you direct us to share with. Publishing content makes it available according to your approved destination and visibility settings.
- Security and legal recipients: where necessary to address a security incident, comply with law, or establish or defend legal rights.
- A business successor: where necessary for a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to applicable notice, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
These general provisions do not expand permitted uses of private Google data. Transfers for an integration require consent for the relevant feature; other transfers are limited to security needs, legal obligations, or a business transfer with explicit prior consent. Private channel data is accessible only to the authorizing operator and people expressly authorized by that operator.
8. Security and international processing
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including restricted access, confidentiality obligations, and secure connections. Credentials are limited to the systems and people that need them and are not published in this website. No system can eliminate every security risk.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers. A client's service or data processing agreement may specify additional security or location requirements.
9. Retention
- Business correspondence and project records: retained while needed for the inquiry, engagement, agreed support, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
- Billing and contractual records: retained for applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
- Client-controlled information: returned or deleted according to the applicable agreement and lawful instructions.
- Application information: retained according to the specific application's notice and account controls.
- Website and security records: retained while needed for operations, troubleshooting, or a security investigation.
For the YouTube integration, authorization tokens are retained only while needed for an active connection and removed when it ends. Stored API records are refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days, including records in workflow history and logs. Operator-supplied source files are retained for the requested workflow or an agreed content-management arrangement.
The YouTube deletion deadlines below override general retention provisions and include service-provider copies and backups. Business records unrelated to YouTube API data may have separate legal retention requirements.
10. Data deletion and account disconnection
General requests: email support@pgmotive.com and identify the service and information involved. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity or authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful reason information must be retained. For data controlled by a client, we refer or assist the request as appropriate.
Application accounts: use the controls described in the application's privacy notice. Mingo offers a public account deletion page. Deleting an application account does not automatically close unrelated products or terminate a business contract.
Google access: open your Google account permissions, select the PGMotive connection or the name shown when you connected, such as NutriSecretos, and remove access. You may also request disconnection or deletion at pgmotiveofficial@gmail.com or the general privacy address above. Identify the connected account and channel; no website login is required. Never send passwords, tokens, or client secrets.
We delete the relevant stored YouTube data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of a deletion request or revocation submitted to PGMotive. For revocation through Google, we stop using the connection when detected and delete associated API data as soon as possible, within 30 calendar days of revocation. We check authorization at least every 30 days while retaining API data.
Removing our copies does not delete a YouTube channel or its videos, undo an upload, or cancel a schedule already submitted to YouTube. Manage those actions directly in YouTube Studio.
11. Your choices and rights
You choose what to send us, whether to connect an external account, and which optional device permissions to allow in an application. Some requested services cannot operate without the information or access needed for that service.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise a right. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
12. Children and product eligibility
Our corporate website and business services are not directed to children under 13. Individual applications and content services have their own intended audiences and eligibility rules; Mingo is limited to adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has supplied information in violation of the applicable service's rules, contact us so we can review and address it.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this page as our practices change and identify the current version above. We provide notice of material changes to affected people and obtain consent when required. Changes to an integration's data use are explained before the new use begins. Updating this policy alone does not authorize additional account access.
